A restorative justice center for the Middletown, Connecticut Youth Services Bureau. According to a study, many Middletown youth do not feel valued by adults in the community. Agency and a sense of value are critical pieces of the restorative justice process and this center uses entrepreneurship as a strategy to establish them. This is studied through the program of business incubators. While incubators are often designed around a concept of  openness, the restorative justice program requires privacy and intimacy. The project is a tectonic investigation of enclosures.
